To Whom It May Concern:

The Handicapped Veterans Association or HVA, is an Arkansas Based Non-profit Organization. We have helped many local veterans with many different things, now we want to help all veterans in all states. For that reason we are going to set up a retreat were veterans and their families can come to relax and have fun and socialize with others from around the world.

We are needing support to get the retreat set up and going. You can show support by visiting our web site and filling out the short survey and submitting it. We are still not sure if there will be a membership fee at this time butJf so, it will be low in cost We are planning to have overnight accommodations and many activities such as, fishing and hunting, and many others.

You are not under any obligation at this time or in the future to donate funds. We would like to hear from you with suggestions for the retreat such as activities and things you might be interested in having there. Even if you have no suggestions we would still like to hear from you and get to know a little about you. The founder of the HVA is Neal Nichols who served in the Air Force in the Red Horse division over in Utopao, Thailand.

We are seeking support letters to help us obtain grants from the government to help keep costs down so once again if you could show support through our survey or from and email we would appreciate it very much.
